The Problem
Most of their organic traffic came from blog posts, which weren’t designed for conversions, while key pages—category, brand, and product pages—were unoptimized, outdated, or lacked content entirely.
Technical issues like duplicate content, poor internal linking, and improper use of no-indexing and 4** errors further prevented organic traffic from converting.

The Solution
I implemented a full SEO overhaul, optimizing category, brand, and product pages to improve both search visibility and conversions. This included updating and adding content, fixing technical SEO issues, and strengthening internal linking.
I also conducted research and implemented an A/B testing tool (Convert.com) to optimize our conversion strategy and prioritize user experience, as this approach had not previously been utilized.
